Q/ Why is an Explorer Compass better than an ex-rental Motorhome?
A/ Not only is the ex-rental 4 to 5yrs old, so is the toilet, stove and fridge. All these appliances are ready for replacement. The ex-rental motorhomes are increasingly hard to sell because of the high kilometres and also there are a large number of these ex-rentals available on the market.

Q/ Why is an Explorer Compass better than a van-based Camper van?
A/ The Explorer Compass is fully insulated unlike the van-based campervan which is poorly insulated.  Because of this they are very difficult to heat and keep warm. The Explorer Compass is very roomy whereas the van-based campervan is long and narrow.

Q/ Do I need a special license to drive the Explorer Compass within Australia?
A/ No, the Compass is under 3000kgs so you only require a car license to drive it.  Also because the vehicle is under 3000kgs it only requires a Warrant of Fitness (WOF).

Q/ Does the Explorer Compass have a Toilet and Shower?
A/ Yes, it has a roomy shower with a corner basin and an electric flushing toilet.

Q/ Is the body insulated?
A/ Yes, the body is fully insulated.
